Picnics Toronto isn't responsible for any injury or damages caused at set ups due to guest, public, or weather related reasons, we service as an event decor arrangement and rental service, we are not liable for what goes on during an event.

We require all events to be wrapped up by sunset unless at indoor or private residence venues. 

We use recycle-able beach safe and child safe cutlery, plates, glasses, and serve-ware as well as compostable napkins for all our picnics unless requested otherwise. We require a 50% non refundable booking deposit for all reserve all time slots. We have a select few contingencies in case of rain for outdoor events but do require a 3 calendar day notice for rescheduling, otherwise a rescheduling fee will be applicable, if clients insist on outdoor events with tents, we are not liable for any weather related injuries or damages. If external vendors back out or are not available for event day or timing, we will try our best to find substitutes within the same price range but cannot guarantee.

We love our furry friends whose habitats we share so many beautiful public parks and beaches with. Hence we have a no confetti policy for all events in outdoor locations, to ensure to not disrupt the natural homes of our beautiful Ontario wildlife. 

Please arrive on time for your picnics, we have a half hour grace period but as we set up and take down picnics throughout the day around the city, further lateness can have domino effect on the picnic experiences of other clients . After the grace period we have to charge 35% per hour for late fee to accommodate schedule changes.

We do not tolerate harassment or abuse of any forms including verbal, emotional, physical to our team members and reserve the right to refuse service at any point.
